Tommy has gone to be with the Lord.
[While going through his school work, this testimony was found written in a journal.]
Journal: The Night I Was Saved.
This night I was back in my seat at church and was heavy burdened because I was lost. I go to Independent Missionary Baptist Church. I always sit in the back pew with the rest of my friends and that night I went up to the altar and prayed for what seemed like an eternity. I felt an unexplainable feeling that went from sad to happy in a second. After I got up I felt the burden lifted and felt the love of God and everyone around me. I wiped the tears from my eyes and hugged everyone in the church. I joined the church the next Sunday and was baptized.
Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee; and let such as love thy salvation say continually, Let God be magnified. Psalm 70:4
Tommy is at peace in the Lord as all will be who have experienced the saving grace of our
Lord Jesus Christ.
