My Testimony |
When I was a young child my mother taught me about Jesus and what
it meant to be saved. At her knee I repented of my sins and asked Jesus to
come into my heart. He answered my prayer and gave me a peace that I did
not understand at that tine but now know it was a precious gift from God. He
has been with me in the mountain top experiences and when tragedy has
taken me to the lowest valley again and again. In those times all I had was
the promises of God. One of those is Psalm 37:5, “Commit thy way unto the
Lord; trust also in Him; and He shall bring it to pass.” There have been a
lot of “it’s” in my life and I’m sure there will be more. No matter. I’m His
and I trust Him!
Larry and his wife Paula are relatively new members of HMBC, but we are blessed to have such people who are dedicated to our Lord Jesus Christ. The are members of one of the cooking teams for our Wednesday evening meals and are eager to help HMBC in any way they can.
