My Testimony |
I was saved the first day that I was convicted of my sins. During a morning revival service at Clarksburg Baptist Church, I went to the altar, but was not saved. I returned to the revival that evening and was so troubled that I went back to the altar and prayed until I did not know what else to do. I remember telling the Lord, "I have done all I know to do, just take me." At that moment, I felt as though a bright light came down from heaven and was shining all around me. The next thing I remember I was up from the altar shaking hands with everybody and feeling happiness in my soul.
"A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to antoher."

Willie was a devoted and faithful member of Huntingdon M. B. Church (formerly Independent) from April 22, 1956 until she went to be with the Lord on December 22, 2006. She will be missed.
