Jackie BushBorn Again: Sunday night, |
Her TestimonyI had been attending Huntingdon Missionary Baptist Church with my three children. It was on a Sunday night, March 3, 2002, and the Father’s Four were singing. I came to church alone that night and sat on the far right toward the back. At the end of the singing program, Brother Stapleton was speaking and I don’t even remember hearing him because my heart felt so heavy in my chest and it was pounding so fast and hard it was the only thing I remember hearing. Before I knew it, I felt as if I were being pulled to the altar and I couldn’t get there fast enough. I fell to my knees and prayed a sincere prayer asking for forgiveness of my sins and it seemed as quick as I fell to my knees I was springing back up and peace came to me. I can remember the joy I felt and I was grinning from ear to ear. My heart and soul felt renewed. Then I understood what it meant to be saved. |

Tyler BushBorn Again: June 25, 2008 |
His TestimonyI was 12 years old when I was saved. It was June 25th. On the fourth night (of Revival) I was saved. It was on a Wednesday night. I went up to the altar the three nights before while Brother Massey was preaching. It felt like he was talking directly to me. When I went up it was like I couldn’t control my own body When I was praying I kept looking for some huge breakthrough or vision, but when I stopped looking for something huge and just prayed, God saved me. It was the happiest night of my life. I prayed so long that the preacher dismissed the people, but the people who wanted to stay did. The happiness that I felt was so incredible I can’t explain it in words, but I’ll try. It was like Jesus was right beside me praying with me. |
